Our flowers are sourced and picked from our local growers and friendly growers at Sydney Flower Markets. Flowers depend on the market and season. Please trust that we will select beautiful blooms to send on your behalf. All our floral designs on our website are inspiration only. For any specific requests please call us direct on 0417 028 986 before placing your order.

Availability - Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your floral arrangement due to the availability of certain flowers during certain seasons. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and colour scheme of the arrangement, using flowers to the equal value.

Delivery Policy – While we do our best to deliver your order at the requested time, it is not possible to guarantee that these exact times will be achieved. Only one local delivery fee is added to each order for each address therefore only one delivery can be made unless otherwise organised prior to delivery. On some occasions the recipient will not be home, we ask you provide us with a contact phone number (preferably mobile) to ring the recipient if no one is home upon delivery. If a contact number is not provided, the delivery will be left in the safest visible area for the recipient and Farmhouse Florae Florist will take no further responsibility for the delivery if the recipients contact number is not provided. We cannot deliver to PO BOX or LOCKED BAG addresses. For remote deliveries with no navigational address, the customer can be called and a pick-up from our florist next time the recipient is in town can be organised. 

Flower & Plant Returns Policy

You must give more then 7 days notice to cancel a flower order. Refunds are available for any cancellations prior to this. Any cancellations within the one week prior are non-refundable.

Returns Policy (Excluding flower and plant purchases)

You have 7 days to return an item from the date of purchase.

Refunds are not available for change of mind purchases. 

You can exchange or receive a store credit. 

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

There are no returns on change of mind earring purchases due to hygiene reasons.

If you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase or receiving your order (online orders) . We will endeavour to resolve the issue as soon as possible. 

No returns on sale items. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
