Winemaking | Harvested from Annangrove Park vineyard in the cool of the morning.No sulphur added before being whole berry pressed to stainless steel. Fermented for 10 days, and matured on lees for 6 months. Bottled October 2023.

Aroma | Nashi pear, candied lemon, and spice.
Palate | Medium bodied with textual fleshy pear, quince and a lingering finish.
