Rosecco, our sell out Prosecco and Pinot Noir blend is coming back for 2024. Australia's first organic Rosé Prosecco. It's our famous Prosecco with a dash of pink, bursting with fun florals, crisp green apple red berries and zippy citrus.

To the wine business...
Grape variety | 100% organic Prosecco and Pinot Noir
Winemaking | Prosecco was harvested from Annangrove Park on the 13th and 14th February based on flavour and balance in the fruit. The juice was cold settled before it was inoculated with a neutral sparkling yeast strain. The ferment was long and cool to preserve delicate fruit aromatics and flavours. The addition of Pinot Noir, also from Annangrove Park, brought a pink hue and red fruit to the fore. Stored in stainless steel prior to bottling in July 2024.
